Have you noticed we never discuss the Kratom effects our products have on the consumer? There is a reason for that and we want to talk about it.

If you are a Kratom user, or a customer of Kratomic.ca, you already understand the Kratom effects on your body. This is what you are allowed to discuss as a customer and a community member. However, there are certain things we can’t discuss or explain. One of the reasons we cannot discuss the effects of Kratom on your body is because we want to stay compliant with the FDA.

The Kratom Effects We Can’t Talk About

Essentially, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulates certain things in this country. There are literally thousands of reports made by the FDA concerning what businesses and brands can and cannot do with the products they sell.

One of which is called “claiming”. The FDA shares a compliance guide with business owners and companies letting everyone know what they can and (more importantly) cannot say to their customers when marketing their products.

In other words, we cannot imply that Kratom can diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or even prevent specific things in the human body.

If you are looking for kratom for sale, you may already know the Kratom effects green vein Kratom and bali Kratom can have on your body. But we cannot say Kratom can solve someone’s medical problems or diagnose symptoms of our customers. We are not here to do that, we are simply here to provide you with a pure product you can enjoy.

There are certain criterion listed in this press release that suggests what the rules are. While you can take a look at the entire release to find out what not to do, we want to pinpoint an important rule in this handbook they released.

What We Can Talk About Related To Kratom Effects

Criterion #4 talks about implied disease claims. This talks about the direct Kratom effects on the human body when related to a specific “disease”.

Disease can mean just about anything in this context. For instance, if you have insomnia, this “disease” falls under this category, especially if you’re talking about how Kratom can give you “soothing sleep”. This falls under the direction of a direct claim.

In essence, when you say some Kratom strains can “help you sleep better” you are directly referring to a “cure” to treat a diagnosis which would be insomnia.

Hopefully, that makes sense.

However, under criterion #4, point 4, this is what it states:

You may make general statements about health promotion and disease prevention as long as the statement doesn’t imply that your product can diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent a disease. In general, if the statement identifies a specific disease or directly references the product or its ingredients, it would imply that the product itself has the effect and would be a disease claim. ~FDA Statement

So there’s still a little wiggle room to share some things about Kratom effects as long as we’re not stepping over the line when we talk to our customers and answer their inquiries.

One example showing what we are permitted to say is this: a good diet promotes good health and prevents the onset of disease.

This is speaking in rather general terms for people who want to understand a little more about how Kratom can help them physically and mentally. However, this is as much leniency we are given when speaking about the effects Kratom has on your body.

Taking the above statement the FDA quoted, we must also agree that a good diet does promote good health. One thing we would say to new Kratom researchers/users is that whatever you decide to add to your daily diet will definitely have a direct effect on your health and wellness in the future.

What Is Your Responsibility?

Since our hands, and our tongues, are tied by the FDA, it is up to you to discover all you can about this amazing plant. We would like to tell you that red vein Kratom is beneficial, but we need to point you in the right direction so you can find this fact out for yourself.

One thing you cannot deny is that there are thousands of people who are currently adding Kratom to their daily routine. Talk to these people; learn where they are buying their Kratom and what assurances are given for the potency and quality. Once you have done your due diligence and are feeling comfortable to purchase Kratom, make sure you choose a company whose business model includes the lab testing of all products. Never be afraid to ask to see the results of these tests.

We want to stay in compliance with the FDA’s rules and regulations when it comes to talking about Kratom effects, but that doesn’t mean you can’t go out and do your own research. Whether you are a new Kratom user or someone who is just learning about it, keep an unbiased opinion about Kratom until you get all of the fact. It is possible that you are missing out on a very beneficial plant. What has Kratom done for you? We would love to hear about it! Share this post on social and let us know
